- 1 cup frozen banana smoothie
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp of sunflower butter (or flaxseeds)
- 1/3 tsp of pumpkin spice
- 1 cup of oat milk
Instructions
- To a blender, add the pumpkin puree and oat milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into your favorite cup, and drink the smoothie immediately.
