Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of tomato juice
  • 1/3 of cream cheese
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes.
  2. To a blender, add the tomatoes, spinach and avocado first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for a minimum of 5 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
