- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of tomato juice
- 1/3 of cream cheese
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes.
- To a blender, add the tomatoes, spinach and avocado first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for a minimum of 5 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
