Ingredients

  • 1 handful of dry Irish sea moss (soaked in water for 2 hours)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of honey (or maple syrup if vegan)
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Soak the sea moss in water for 2 hours, and drain it.
  2. To a blender, add the sea moss first followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
