- 1 handful of dry Irish sea moss (soaked in water for 2 hours)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tsp of honey (or maple syrup if vegan)
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Soak the sea moss in water for 2 hours, and drain it.
- To a blender, add the sea moss first followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
