Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of silken tofu
  • 1/4 avocado (pitted and peeled)
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk

Instructions

  1. Slice and peel the avocado. Drain the tofu.
  2. To a high-speed blender (such as Vitamix) or a Nutribullet, add the tofu and avocado first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
