- 1/2 cup of silken tofu
- 1/4 avocado (pitted and peeled)
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of soy milk
Instructions
- Slice and peel the avocado. Drain the tofu.
- To a high-speed blender (such as Vitamix) or a Nutribullet, add the tofu and avocado first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
