- 1/3 cup silken tofu (drained)
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices (or 1 large fresh banana)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (smooth)
- 1/2 apple (washed and cored)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Drain the silken tofu well.
- Measure the rest of the ingredients and set them aside.
- To a high-capacity blender or a Nutribullet, add the tofu and milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and drink immediately.
