Start your day with a tofu smoothie for breakfast! Combine silken tofu, mixed berries, nut butter, and a splash of soy milk for a delicious, protein-packed morning boost.

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup of silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 2 soft pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk


  1. Drain the tofu well, and measure 1/2 cup.
  2. Measure the rest of the ingredients as listed too, and set them aside.
  3. Using a blender or a personal blender (if making a single serving smoothie) add the tofu and milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve and consume immediately.
