- 1/2 cup of silken tofu
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 2 soft pitted dates
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1/2 cup of soy milk
Instructions
- Drain the tofu well, and measure 1/2 cup.
- Measure the rest of the ingredients as listed too, and set them aside.
- Using a blender or a personal blender (if making a single serving smoothie) add the tofu and milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Serve and consume immediately.
