Indulge in a vegan chocolate tofu smoothie! Blend silken tofu, strawberries, cocoa powder, and soy milk for a creamy, rich, and healthy chocolate delight.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of silken tofu (drained)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder (or cocoa)
  • 1/3 cup of soy milk
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower seed butter (or peanut butter)

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu, measure the other ingredients as listed, and set them aside.
  2. Using a high-speed blender, or a Nutribullet, add the tofu, cocoa powder, and sun butter first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into your favorite cups, top with shredded chocolate and fresh berries if you like, and enjoy!
