- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup oat milk
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the frozen berries and oats first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the thickness and sweetness if needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
