- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I used strawberries and raspberries)
- 2 tbsp of chopped walnuts (or other nuts of choice, even nut butter)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds in the coconut water for 5 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend everything until completely smooth. It should take 3-4 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy!
