Indulge in a healthier and cheaper homemade version of the classic Smoothie King apple kiwi kale smoothie. The recipe is easy to make too.

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup of fresh kale leaves
  • 1 kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 apple (sliced and cored)
  • 1 tablespoon super greens powder (optional)


  1. Wash and remove the leaves off the stems of the kale (if present).
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the kale, frozen banana slices, apple, kiwi, and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth. For about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!


Best consumed straight away. However, you can take it with you on the go and drink it.
