How To Make The Smoothie
To make a delicious copycat smoothie king smoothie may sound like a daunting task, but it really isn’t.
This recipe is so easy, and the result is fantastic, and it comes so close to the original recipe.
Here’s the list of ingredients you are going to need:
- Kale
- Apple
- Kiwi
- Frozen Banana Slices
- Coconut Water
- Super Greens Powder (optional)
The original recipe calls for ‘Electrolyte Blend’, so instead I simply used a tablespoon of super greens powder to ramp up the nutrition.
However, this is optional, and only if you have greens powder available to you.
Here’s the method:
- Wash and remove the leaves off the stems of the kale (if present).
- Wash, dice and core the apple (preferably use green apple).
- Peel the kiwi if needed, and dice it.
- Add the frozen banana, leafy greens, apple and kiwi first to a blender and follow with the rest of the ingredients on top.
- Blend until smooth; for about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and this delicious green smoothie!
