  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (yes double strawberry)
  • 1/2 cup of apple juice (or papaya juice if you can find it)


  1. You will need a food processor or a very powerful blender, such as Vitamix. Then all you need to do is add all the ingredients to the food processor or Vitamix blender and blend until thick soft consistency.
  2. If you are not achieving the desired consistency, add a touch more apple juice.
