- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (yes double strawberry)
- 1/2 cup of apple juice (or papaya juice if you can find it)
Instructions
- You will need a food processor or a very powerful blender, such as Vitamix. Then all you need to do is add all the ingredients to the food processor or Vitamix blender and blend until thick soft consistency.
- If you are not achieving the desired consistency, add a touch more apple juice.
- Serve and drink it immediately!
Notes
The smoothie is best consumed as soon as it’s blended.
