- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 grapefruit (juiced)
- 1 whole small orange (peeled and seeds removed)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds and pumpkin seeds in the cold water for 5 minutes.
- The orange is peeled, and the seeds are removed. The grapefruit is juiced.
- Add the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, for about 2-3 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
- You can serve the smoothie over ice for extra freshness.
- Enjoy!
