- 1 cup/150g frozen mixed berries (I used strawberries and blueberries)
- 1 cup/250ml dairy-free milk (I used almond)
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp of cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
Instructions
- Measure the ingredients as instructed and set aside.
- Add the frozen fruit first to a blender jug of a Nutribullet, followed by the rest of the ingredients you prepared.
- Close the lid of the blender, and blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth creamy consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass cup and sprinkle extra hemp hearts on top!
Notes
The smoothie is best consumed as soon as it’s blended, but you can also take it with you on the go.
