- 1 cup frozen berries (Use whatever berries you like)
- 1 cup of cold water
- 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug, starting with the frozen berries.
- Follow with the rest of the ingredients.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
