- 2 tbsp peanut butter unsweetened (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop of protein powder (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 60 ml brewed coffee cooled (unsweetened)
- 150 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- 3–4 Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Brew the coffee, and let it cool completely. You can also use instant coffee. 1 teaspoon will do.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it with you and drink it on the go!
