- 1 tbsp peanut butter (Preferably unsweetened)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 scoop of protein powder (unsweetened )
- 1/2 cup/120g Greek Yogurt (unsweetened )
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 100 ml almond milk (unsweetened (see notes*))
- 1 tbsp of honey
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Measure them as listed in the ingredient list.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it with you and drink it on the go!
*The smoothie comes out very thick with only 100 ml of almond milk, so add more almond milk for a looser smoothie
