- 1 tbsp matcha (green tea powder)
- 1 cup/150g frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup/250ml of coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen mango first, then blend until smooth.
- The blending should take between 3-4 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
- Pour over ice and mint if you like, and serve!
Notes
The smoothie is best consumed straight away.
