Ingredients

  • 1 cup/250ml of coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen mango first, then blend until smooth.
  2. The blending should take between 3-4 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
  3. Pour over ice and mint if you like, and serve!
