- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 kiwi peeled and diced
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp of minced ginger root
- 1/2 green apple diced (cored and seeds removed)
- 1/2 cup of cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup of coconut water (or plain water)
- 2–3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender starting with the spinach and cucumber.
- Blend until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Add extra ice if you like into a serving glass and pour the smoothie over. Enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir or shake before drinking.
