Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 handful of spinach (or 1 nest of frozen spinach)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 200 ml oat or almond milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach very well if using fresh.
  2. Measure the rest of your ingredients as listed.
  3. Add the spinach, frozen banana slices, and milk to your blender or nutribullet first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend for about 3-5 minutes, until you achieve a creamy and smooth consistency.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away. However, you can take it with you on the go as well!
