- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 small apple (cored and diced)
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp of almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Using a high-speed blender, add the diced apple, nut butter, and milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, depending on the power of your blender. You want a creamy and smooth consistency.
- Pour the blended smoothie into your favorite cup and drink it!
