- 1/2 cup cooked sweet potatoes (steamed/boiled/roasted)
- 1 handful of spinach or kale (washed)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug, starting with the sweet potato and milk.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
