Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked sweet potatoes (steamed/boiled/roasted)
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale (washed)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug, starting with the sweet potato and milk.
  2. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
