- 1/2 cup of silken tofu (drained)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp of cacao powder (or cocoa)
- 1/3 cup of soy milk
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of sunflower seed butter (or peanut butter)
Instructions
- Drain the tofu, measure the other ingredients as listed, and set them aside.
- Using a high-speed blender, or a Nutribullet, add the tofu, cocoa powder, and sun butter first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into your favorite cups, top with shredded chocolate and fresh berries if you like, and enjoy!
