- 1 cup of steamed beetroot (unflavored and unsweetened)
- 3–4 slices of cucumber
- 1 tbsp of almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup – 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the beets and cucumber first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
