- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup/75g sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2/3 cup/150ml coconut water
Instructions
- Prepare and measure the ingredients as listed.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the leafy greens, frozen banana slices, pineapple chunks, and coconut water.
- Blend until smooth. For about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away. However, you can take it with you on the go too and drink it.
