Indulge in this superfood kale and cucumber smoothie. It contains 6 different fruits and vegetables, and it is extremely nutritious.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup/75g sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup/75g frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup/75g frozen banana slices
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup/150ml coconut water

Instructions

  1. Prepare and measure the ingredients as listed.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the leafy greens, frozen banana slices, pineapple chunks, and coconut water.
  3. Blend until smooth. For about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away. However, you can take it with you on the go too and drink it.
