- 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- If you haven’t cooked the broccoli, cut off the florets and either boil them until soft or steam them. Cool them completely.
- To a blender, add the broccoli first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
