Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of frozen banana (or frozen mango)
  • 1/4 avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 2 scoops of collagen (unflavoured)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 34 leaves of spinach (or kale – washed)
  • 12 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
  2. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
