- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 small kiwi (skin left on or peeled, up to you.)
- 1 handful of kale (washed)
- 1/2 passion fruit flesh scooped out
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Peel the kiwi if you want the skin off, and wash the kale.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen mango and kale, followed by the other listed ingredients
- Blend for 3-4 minutes until completely smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
- *You can serve it over ice, for extra freshness!

The smoothie is best consumed immediately after it’s blended.
