Ingredients
- 1/2 cup75g frozen mango
- 1 small kiwi skin peeled or not, up to you.
- 1 handful of kale
- 1/2 passion fruit flesh scooped out
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup/250ml coconut water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
