- 1/2 grapefruit (peeled and seeds removed)
- 1 cup/150g frozen strawberries
- 3–4 slices of cucumber
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup/220ml of coconut water
Instructions
- Remove the seeds and the white skin from the grapefruit. The more white skin you can remove, the less bitter your smoothie will be.
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug starting with the frozen berries.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
The smoothie is best consumed immediately since it contains frozen fruit. If saved for later, the texture will not be very pleasant.
