Metamucil Smoothie (High Fiber)

This is a delicious Metamucil smoothie with mango and pineapple that contains healthy ingredients that work so well together.

I struggle with chronic constipation, and I often find myself needing to clear out my bowels.

I love making high-fiber smoothies, but sometimes I need an extra boost.

This is where fiber supplements come in handy.

I love adding Metamucil powder to my smoothies because it adds a great dose of fiber, but it’s also tasteless, which doesn’t ruin my smoothies.

Does Metamucil Work In a Smoothie?

Yes, Metamucil works great in smoothies. However, always choose the powdered version!

A teaspoon of powdered Metamucil is more than enough. Metamucil is also almost completely flavorless, which means it can work with any smoothie.

If you need a boost of fiber to your protein smoothie or smoothies that don’t naturally have much fiber, then adding a bit of Metamucil can be a convenient way to do so.
