Today I will be sharing my delicious and easy Oreo smoothie with you all!
As a bonus, this sweet smoothie only needs 3 ingredients. Another bonus is that this Oreo shake is actually healthy. So, if you are on a diet, but you crave Oreos and something sweet, you have to make this Oreo drink ASAP!
Oreo Smoothie Ingredients
You can also call this a 3 ingredient Oreo milkshake since the beverage is frozen, and there is also an optional whipped cream you can add on top.
But, anyway, here are the ingredients you will need to make this Oreo smoothie recipe:
#1. Oreos
You cannot make an Oreo smoothie without Oreos.
The Oreos in this smoothie add chocolate flavor, sweetness, and of course, creaminess too.
Adding a couple of Oreos to your shakes and smoothies is a wonderful and easy way to make a quick delicious dessert.
Also, Oreos are relatively low in calories, which is great if you want a low-calorie Oreo shake.
#2. Frozen Bananas
Using frozen bananas is key to the success of this smoothie. Frozen bananas work great in the place of ice cream.
If you want to make an Oreo shake without ice cream, using frozen bananas is the best way to achieve the sweetness and creaminess ice cream would normally provide.
Additionally, bananas are also much healthier than ice cream, making this drink on the healthier side.
#3. Milk
Of course, cookies and milk work so well together, which is why I used milk to make this Oreo drink.
To make this Oreo smoothie low in calories, use low-fat milk, since low-fat milk is much lower in calories.
How to Make an Oreo Smoothie

It’s so easy to make this banana and Oreo smoothie.

You can if you want, top your healthy Oreo smoothie with whipped cream, but this is optional!
What Does The Oreo Smoothie Taste Like?
If you are curious to find out what the smoothie actually tastes like, I have good news for you!
Even though the smoothie only needs 2 Oreos per serving, the smoothie tastes predominately of Oreos.
The presence of bananas does have an impact on the taste, but it’s certainly not overpowering it.
If you like sweet smoothies, this smoothie will definitely curb your sugar cravings.
