Nourish your body with a delightful blend of pistachio, strawberries, spinach, banana, and almond milk in this refreshing pistachio smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp pistachio butter (or 2 tbsp pistachio nuts roasted unsalted and shelled)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1 small ripe banana (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as described in the ingredients list.
- To a blender, add the banana and spinach first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.

There are many different ways you can make this smoothie. I have listed some optional substitutions below, just in case you want something slightly different.
- The Berries: Instead of strawberries, you can use blueberries or another berry of choice.
- No Banana: If you are not a fan of bananas, you can substitute the banana for mango instead.
- The Greens: Instead of spinach, you can use other leafy greens of choice, such as kale.
- The Base: If you are not vegan, you can use dairy milk, or try coconut milk. It adds lots of extra creaminess to this smoothie.
- Boost The Protein: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for 20-25g extra protein!

If you use pistachio butter instead of whole pistachio nuts, the smoothie can be blended using a low-speed blender.
