How To Make a Slim N Trim Veggie Smoothie
You will need:
- 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 handful of spinach
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 1/3 tsp minced ginger root
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
Preparing and pre-freezing your bananas and mango chunks is crucial. Smoothie King uses frozen fruit, so if you want to achieve the same consistency, make sure you use frozen fruit.
You can, of course, buy pre-frozen fruit too!
To make this smoothie, – add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend for about 4-5 minutes, until smooth. (Full recipe breakdown below).

I tested a lot of different recipes so I can come as close as possible to the original.
The recipe I am sharing with you today is the closest I have gotten to the taste of Smoothie King’s green smoothie.
However, I am not going to lie to you and say that it’s the same. It tastes great, but it doesn’t taste the same.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen banana chunks
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen mango chunks
- 1 handful of spinach (washed)
- 1/3 tsp ginger root (minced )
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tsp of matcha powder (or detox green powder)
Instructions
- Pre-freeze your fruit if you haven't got available ones in the freezer.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
