We made this banana spinach smoothie without milk, however, we used almond milk instead of dairy milk.

The smoothie is extremely beneficial for your gut, as it contains probiotic-friendly yogurt and fiber.

How To Make Spinach, Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Spinach and banana smoothie ingredients:

  • Banana
  • Spinach
  • Peanut Butter
  • Yogurt
  • Almond Milk

If you are nut-free, you can substitute the peanut butter for a nut-free alternative called sunflower seed butter.
Also, if you want to make this smoothie vegan, all you need to do is use vegan yogurt instead of dairy yogurt. There are some wonderful vegan-friendly yogurts in the shops.

To make this smoothie – simply add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.
