Spinach and banana smoothie ingredients:
- Peanut Butter
- Almond Milk
If you are nut-free, you can substitute the peanut butter for a nut-free alternative called sunflower seed butter.
Also, if you want to make this smoothie vegan, all you need to do is use vegan yogurt instead of dairy yogurt. There are some wonderful vegan-friendly yogurts in the shops.
To make this smoothie – simply add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.

Creamy Banana And Spinach Smoothie
- 1 Blender We used this one
- 1 large banana peeledd
- 1 handful of spinach washed
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter smooth
- 1 tbsp of yogurt full fat
- 1 cup/250ml of almond milk
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
