Blueberry Smoothie With Orange Juice
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1 cup/150g of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana peeled
- 1 cup/250ml of orange juice Ideally freshly juiced
- 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and drink up!
