To make this refreshing cucumber banana and milk smoothie – add all of your ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth, for about 2-3 minutes.

Cucumber Banana Smoothie [Weight-Loss]
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1 cup/150g frozen bananas Pre-freeze the bananas beforehand.
- 1/4 large English cucumber sliced
- 200 ml low fat coconut milk unsweetened
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 lemon juiced
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as described and add them all into a high-speed blender.
- Blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into a glass full of ice and enjoy!
