This easy, metabolism-boosting  Healthy Peach Protein Smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. It’s easy, quick, tasty, and full of antioxidants and fat-burning goodness!

This delicious protein peach smoothie is not high on calories, but it’s really high on taste and nutrients 😉

Also, this delicious peach protein smoothie doesn’t require any protein powders, and it’s naturally vegan and dairy-free 🙂

We are not particularly a fan of any protein powders, and we try to stay away from them. They tend to have this nasty aftertaste – especially the vegan protein powders. – So we used shelled hemp seeds for our protein in this peach smoothie.
You can taste the hemp seeds a little bit, but it’s definitely doesn’t taste unpleasant.

We have used whole healthy ingredients only in this peach protein smoothie.
3 – plant-based healthy ingredients.

You definitely don’t need a lot to make something healthy, delicious, and high on protein.

Peaches are super healthy for you.
Peaches are high in vitamin A and are known to offer protection from lung and oral cancers.
They also contain many vital minerals such as potassium, fluoride, and iron.

How To Make Protein Peach Smoothie:

You will need:

1. Fresh Peaches
2. Shelled Hemp Seeds
3. Coconut Water

Wash and prepare the peaches, then add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend everything until completely smooth. Should take 2-3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy 🙂

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup/150g of fresh peach slices
  • 3 tbsp of shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 cup/220ml of coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the peaches.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
