We are not particularly a fan of any protein powders, and we try to stay away from them. They tend to have this nasty aftertaste – especially the vegan protein powders. – So we used shelled hemp seeds for our protein in this peach smoothie.
You can taste the hemp seeds a little bit, but it’s definitely doesn’t taste unpleasant.
We have used whole healthy ingredients only in this peach protein smoothie.

How To Make Protein Peach Smoothie:
You will need:
Wash and prepare the peaches, then add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend everything until completely smooth. Should take 2-3 minutes.

- 3 tbsp of shelled hemp seeds
- 1 cup/220ml of coconut water
- Wash and slice the peaches.
