Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh Honeydew melon diced
- 1/3 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup low-fat coconut milk
- 2–3 leaves of fresh mint
Instructions
- Add the melon first to a high-speed blender followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
