These are the ingredients you will need to make this spinach kale cucumber smoothie:
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2/3 cup coconut water
To make this weight loss kale smoothie with cucumber, add your leafy greens to a blender first, along with the frozen fruit.
Follow up with the rest of the ingredients at the top of the blender. Blend for 4-5 minutes until smooth.
