Lime Smoothie [Healthy & Easy]
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 cup/150g of mango fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 handful spinach washed
- 220 ml coconut water
- 3 cubes of ice to serve optional
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
- Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
