Strawberry lime smoothie is naturally low on calories, aids weight loss, and is completely vegan as well!
You should really use more lime juice in your diet since it’s really high in antioxidants and vitamin C. Lime juice also boosts immunity, prevents kidney stones, and aids the absorption of iron.
How To Make Strawberry Lime Smoothie:
You will need:
1. Fresh Strawberries
2. Fresh Lime Juice
3. Cold Water
4. Ice Cubes
5. Fresh Mint (optional)
Once the strawberries are washed, trimmed, and diced, all the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender and blitzed until smooth.
Serve and drink immediately.
That’s it – simple as that. You can add frozen or fresh bananas for thickness and extra sweetness, but we try to make more smoothie recipes without bananas since a lot of people dislike them. However, if you are not one of them we recommend you add 1/2 a banana to this smoothie.
