Recipe Tips And Variations
During the development process of this recipe, I tried several different variations of this smoothie, and also have some tips to offer you!
- For the extra thick smoothie, either use frozen grapes or banana alongside your frozen strawberries, or both!
- If you are vegan, replace the yogurt with vegan yogurt or use nut butter instead!
- If you want to add extra nutrition to your smoothie, I used 1 tablespoon of chia seeds when I was testing this smoothie.
- You don’t have to use almond milk, coconut or oat milk can work just fine too.
- Avoid blending the smoothie for too long, otherwise you may end up with a foamy and airy smoothie.
If you prefer smoothie bowls, I recommend that you try my frozen grape smoothie bowl.

If you are using frozen bananas or grapes alongside the frozen strawberries, the BlendJet 4000mAh & Oster 6640 Blender will struggle.
Otherwise, when I tested it using only frozen strawberries, both blenders worked fine.
