The simple answer is, yes and no. Let’s put it this way though, it’s much healthier than a sugar-loaded frappuccino, or a can of coke.

- 1 Blender We used Ninja
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen blueberries
- 1 small soft apple cored and diced
- 1 tbsp peanut butter smooth
- 1 tbsp oats
