- 1 tbsp honey
- 60 ml brewed coffee cooled unsweetened
- 150 ml almond milk unsweetened
- 3-4 Ice cubes optional

- Brew the coffee, and let it cool completely. You can also use instant coffee. 1 teaspoon will do.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
