What we really like about smoothies is the fact that you can sneak in ingredients you are not particularly a fan of. For example, we don’t like kale at all, but we like to add it to our smoothies.
Smoothies will just taste good, and often it’s hard to know what exactly has gone into the smoothies.

This raspberry smoothie recipe doesn’t need a lot. Just a handful of healthy ingredients blended together.

Raspberry smoothie is also totally dairy-free and suitable for a vegan diet.

Can You Put Frozen Raspberries In a Blender?

Absolutely. In fact, frozen raspberries make a very refreshing and thick smoothie!
Ideally, use a high-speed blender if you want the blender to break through the frozen fruit better. However, most blenders can break through frozen fruit.

In our case, we used fresh raspberries for this smoothie recipe, but we have also done smoothies with frozen raspberries, and it comes out really nice.

How To Make a Raspberry Smoothie

You will need:

  • Raspberries (Fresh Or Frozen)
  • Almond Butter
  • Banana
  • Chia Seeds
  • Lime Juice
  • Dairy Free Milk

Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz!
For extra freshness, feel free to add some mint & ice as well.
Serve and enjoy!
