Apple and blueberries are both extremely good fruits for your body. They both have their own unique benefits, and everyone loves a blueberry smoothie come on. But with added apple? This is where it gets interesting!
If you are wondering whether apples and blueberries work together, believe us, they really do! Blueberries are really high in antioxidants and other benefits such as skin benefits, Vitamin C, bone health, etc.

Blueberry Apple Smoothie

Apples on the other hand are rich in fiber, improve gut health, aid weight loss, and keep you feeling full for long periods of time! Some people claim that an apple in the morning actually wakes you up better than a cup of coffee!
But that doesn’t mean we will give up our cup of coffee…just saying! Haha!

Blueberries and apples both blend very well, but we added a bit of peanut butter, which added a layer of creaminess and thickness.
This smoothie is so yummy, honestly, you have got to try it!

How To Make Apple Blueberry Protein Smoothie

You will need:

This smoothie comes out thick and really tasty and fresh. You can add a lot more other ingredients if you like, even protein powders, chia seeds, and much more. However, we wanted to keep things simple and clean.

To make this smoothie – add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz!

  • 1 small soft apple cored and diced
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter smooth
  • 1 tbsp oats
