Easy healthy Triple Berry Oat Tropical Smoothie recipe that will give you an incredible nutrient boost.
This berry oat smoothie recipe is packed with fiber, vitamins, and other goodness.
It’s the type of smoothie you need to drink during the cold months so that you can keep your immune system in check. People tend to neglect nutrients, fresh fruit, and smoothies during the colder months.
An over-indulgence in comfort food (typically fried, processed with none to minimal nutrients) is very common during the cold months. Not consuming enough nutrient-dense foods, and vitamins can make you prone to flues and colds.
We can understand that smoothies tend to be mostly consumed during the summer – since there is always an abundance of fresh fruit, seasonal, and normally cheaper as well. However, a quick triple berry smoothie in the morning during the cold months can’t do you any harm, in fact, it can protect your immune system and keep you healthy.
