We came up with this high-calorie smoothie for weight gain, because we have a friend of ours, who has a daughter that cannot gain weight, and just generally struggles.
We suggested that she tries drinking high calorie shakes for a week. And within the first week, she gained 2 pounds! We call that a success, So, today we are sharing our smoothie to help gain weight.

- Milk (We used dairy-free)
- Avocado
Prepare all the ingredients. Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until smooth.
You can serve the smoothie over ice for extra freshness.

The Best Weight Gain Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used Ninja
Ingredients
- 1 cup/250ml of milk or dairy free
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 small avocado stoned and peeled
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 small scoop of protein powder (35g)
- 2 tbsp of smooth peanut butter
Instructions
- Prepare the the ingredients as described.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend everything until completely smooth.
- Serve & Enjoy!
