We came up with this high-calorie smoothie for weight gain, because we have a friend of ours, who has a daughter that cannot gain weight, and just generally struggles.
We suggested that she tries smoothies for a week. And within the first week, she gained 2 pounds! We call that a success, So, today we are sharing our smoothie to help gain weight.

How To Make a Healthy Smoothie For Weight Gain

You will need:

1. Banana
2. Peanut Butter
3. Protein Powder
4. Chia Seeds
5. Milk (We used dairy-free)
6. Avocado

Prepare all the ingredients. Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until smooth.
You can serve the smoothie over ice for extra freshness.

  • 1 cup/250ml of milk or dairy free
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 small avocado stoned and peeled
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 small scoop of protein powder (35g)
  • 2 tbsp of smooth peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the the ingredients as described.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend everything until completely smooth.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all.
