3-Ingredients Protein Berry Smoothie
- 2 cups/460ml semi-skimmed milk We used non-dairy too, and it worked just fine!
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder We Used plant-based protein powder , but any will do.
- 4 cup/450g of mixed frozen berries of choice
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. If the blender struggles to blend, add a touch more water.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Enjoy!
